Yuanda Valve Group Co., Ltd. is so far the only valve production company across the country that adopts the fully- automated production line. The daily production capacity of the production line is 300 tons. Its software and hardware level and the total production capacity rank in the leading position across the country and it is one of the few production bases of the large-sized medium and high-pressure valve products. The base has built its own double circuit substation of 35,000 volts. The procedures from the valve casting, machining, assembling to paint spraying are all completed independently in the cast steel industrial park. Its advanced equipment and the severe quality control eradicate the product defects such as the air hole, the sand inclusion, drawing the fire, the frying fire, the slipping core, the mis-box, the box expansion and so on.
