1. Both ends of the pipe should be blocked, the lift check valves must in a dry and ventilated room, If they store in a long time, please frequently check to prevent corrosion.
2. Before installation, the lift check valves should be clean, and remove the defect caused in transportation.
3. When it is installed, check the mark and nameplate carefully, to make sure the working requirements.
4. Lift vertical disc check valves should install on vertical pipeline.
5. Lift horizontal disc check valves should install on horizontal pipeline.
6. On the pipeline, do not let the check valves load weight, heavy check valves need independent support to prevent the influences from pipeline.
7. Pay attention to the flow direction of medium, the flow direction is same to the indicating arrow on the valves, foot valves should be installed at the bottom of the pump suction pipe
8. When it is closed, check valves will cause water hammer pressure in pipes, even damage to the valves, pipes and equipment, especially to the big pipe and high pressure pipeline. So clients should pay more attention to the selection of check valves.
