1: 1. Before the valve is installed, carefully check whether the model and specifications of the valve are consistent with the design; 2. Check whether the valve can be used under the required conditions according to the valve model and the factory manual; 3. Two: Assembly requires cleaned parts must be sealed for installation. The requirements for the installation process are as follows: 1. The installation workshop must be clean, or a temporary clean area must be set up, such as using a newly purchased color strip or plastic film to prevent dust from entering during the installation. 2. Five: Valve performance testing requirements 1. Six: sealing requirements the sealing performance of the valve refers to the ability of each sealing part of the gost ball valves to prevent the leakage of the medium. For shut-off valves, internal leakage is not allowed. The latter two leaks are called external leaks, that is, the medium leaks from the inside of the valve to the outside of the valve. Leakage can cause material loss, pollute the environment, and cause accidents in severe cases. For flammable, explosive, toxic or radioactive media, leakage is not allowed, so the valve must have reliable sealing performance.
Seven: Other requirements 1. The cast steel ball valve after assembly is purged with nitrogen for at least 1 minute. 2. The airtight test must use pure nitrogen. 3. After the airtight test is qualified, it is sealed and sealed with a clean polyethylene cap. The polyethylene cap should be soaked in organic solvents and wiped clean before use. 4. Seal with vacuum bag. 5. Finally packing. 6. Take measures to ensure that the package is not damaged during transportation.
